Cold Forging
多工位冷鍛一次成型頭部與階級，材料利用率高、金屬流線完整，適合大批量客製件。
Swiss-type Turn-Mill
細長、多階、高同心度的零件，在走心式 CNC 上一次車銑完成。
Secondary Machining
Robot CNC 自動上下料，處理成型後的鑽孔、銑槽、攻牙等工序；表面處理由合作衛星廠完成。
Co-Engineering
整合 CAD / CAM / CAE，在開模前提供可製造性 (DFM) 建議，降低改模次數與總成本。
服務流程
確認用途、受力與適用標準，提出 DFM 建議與報價。
製作樣品並量測，與客戶確認尺寸與功能。
依形狀與數量安排冷鍛或車銑產線，再進行二次加工與表面處理。
各站自主檢查、出貨附檢驗資料，符合 RoHS 規範。

Taiyi Precision has made custom fasteners in Taichung, Taiwan for nearly 40 years. Three in-house lines (cold forging, Swiss-type turn-mill and secondary machining) take your part from drawing review to volume delivery through one point of contact.

冷鍛成型
Multi-station headers form heads and shoulders in one pass, with high material yield and unbroken grain flow for high-volume custom parts.
走心式車銑複合
Long, slender, multi-step parts with tight concentricity, finished complete on Swiss-type CNC.
二次加工
Robot-loaded CNC cells handle drilling, slotting and tapping after forming. Partner shops handle surface treatment.
協同設計開發
Integrated CAD / CAM / CAE and design-for-manufacturing feedback before tooling, so fewer tooling changes and lower total cost.
Process
We confirm the use, loads and standard, then return DFM suggestions and a quote.
We make and measure samples and confirm dimensions and function with you.
The part runs on the forging or turn-mill line, then goes through secondary machining and finishing.
Every station checks its own work. Parts ship with inspection data and meet RoHS.
